This urban renovation project aims to re-evaluate historical centers and establish a new tendency driven value. It is located in a historical plaza  "Martires" in Bogota, Colombia. This plaza lost its heritage value condition and transformed its space for vandalism and illegal transactions and trade. The proposal  recognized the commertial potential and integrates the plaza to the city with new  residential areas and residential oriented services in order to inject life and bring people. The business cluster responds to the new dynamics of commercial activities and retail, reinforcing the strong economic and social activities.
