The project involved the identification of values in a block of Getsemani, a historical suburb with vulnerable social conditions and an important gentrification impact. From the analysis of these values: historical, architectural, environmental, urban, social and aesthetic, the proposal transfers these values with the new necessities of the families. The project involved the existing buildings and new buildings in the inner courtyard of the block; this project developed a series of public courtyards that connected the internal block with its environment and traditional activities of the neighborhood.
