Designer |  Landscape Designer | Project Manager

• Projects scope of work: Site survey, planning and analysis, landscape and architectural construction design and detailing, planting, lighting and hardscape design. Responsibilities involve site visits and surveys and material and plant selection.

• Drafting of construction documents. Responsible for schematic design, design development, and construction document phases.

• Perform Florida Building Code, ADA compliance and zoning analysis.

• Write proposals for project acquisition; also write and respond to some RFP’s for the office.

• Direct the efforts of consultants and contractors for multiple projects on a daily basis; point of contact and responsible for MEP engineering, structural engineering, civil engineering, and FF&E consultant coordination.

• Project management. Responsibilities involve; meeting with consultants, contractors and clients, processing and maintaining accurate logs of RFIs, meeting minutes and shop drawings.

• Preparation of graphics and presentations. 3D modeling and 3D printing.

• Business development and studio development. Research and design development of exploratory projects.
