Lincoln The Ministries project is an opportunity to reorganize physical space in the aspirations of the state: "social legal, democratic, participatory and pluralistic, based on respect for human dignity, whose main purpose is to serve the community". The project's main objective is to propose a new form of intervention in historical center of Bogota by the generation of a new topography. The colonial city is introverted, closed, seeks security and privacy of the interior spaces. The project proposes an outgoing, open and public space inside the city blocks.
