The youth integration center with emphasis on urban art was born from the analysis of Tunjuelito River in southwest  Bogota, Colombia. It was sited in a bend of the river in the town of Bosa, one of most vulnerable areas, yet with a great variety of cultural manifestations in the city. The center aims to resolve the needs of a space that integrates free time of youth and community with performing arts and urban manifestations. Its design was inspired by the folds and movement of the river.
