Gables Park is a 12 story mixed-use building to be located in the City of Miami – FL. The project’s concept explores the notion of landscape fusing with the site/building as though the structure was an extension of Club Prado Park, located across from the site to the South. The project is currently under design development by Lamro Design Office, a Hungarian architecture firm, with Dr. Lajos Fekete as the design architect. Building Center No.3 has teamed with Lamro providing the project with local design support, construction documentation and specifications. The Landscape team is lead by Landscape Designer, Daniela Romero.
