“My neighborhood, my space" is located in the south of Bogota, a very vulnerable zone and poor area. The project was born from the qualitative and quantitative deficit of housing in the sector. The proposal consists of trifamiliar building design offering the user various adaptations in the spaces inside the house, including shared areas, production,retail and flexible areas immerse in a master plan that explores community amenities and gardens within each block.
